Hydroseeding acreage

Hydroseeding for Acreage

Hydroseeding for acreage covers large areas evenly, at a price that makes sense on big blocks. We spray house lawns, paddocks, dam walls and cleared ground on rural properties around Perth, from Bullsbrook to Mundijong and Pinjarra. The per-m² rate drops as the area grows.

Pricing that drops with size

The first 2,000m² is $2.50 per m², the next 8,000m² is $2 per m², and anything beyond 10,000m² is $1 per m². So the bigger the job, the lower the average rate. You get a fixed quote after a site check.

Paddocks, dam walls and cleared ground

  • House lawns and surrounds on rural blocks
  • Paddocks after clearing or earthworks
  • Dam walls and spillways
  • Firebreak edges, tracks and cut batters
  • Native or low-maintenance mixes for areas that won't be mowed

Sand, wind and dry summers

Much of the land on Perth's fringe is open sand that blows when it's bare. A mulch and tackifier layer holds the surface from the day it's sprayed, and gives the seed moisture and shade while it gets going. Timing the spray for spring or early autumn gives the best start.

Water and access on rural blocks

Tell us what water is available on site, such as a tank, dam, bore or standpipe, and how we get to the area. We'll plan the job around it.
